Tirana Stock Exchange TSE, the first stock exchange in the financial history of Alban
TSE is the only organized securities market in Albania
Established in 2002 in the form of joint stock company, TSE operates in accordance with the provisions of law No.9901 dated. 14.04.2008 "On Entrepreneurs and Companies" and the law No.9879 dt.21.02.2008 "On securities”. The object of TSE activity is to create a capital market by creating a trading system through which "offers for sale, purchase or exchange are conducted or admitted regularly; offers or requests are carried out regularly when offers or requests are intended or expected to result directly or indirectly in the making or receipt of bids or for sale, purchase or exchange or securities, regularly providing information on prices and bonuses that specific persons or groups propose or expect to sell, buy or exchange of securities " TSE is licensed by the Financial Supervision Authority "to conduct operations as securities market of government debt, corporate debt and shares in Albania" with License no. 78 / 1, dated 07/13/2007, for an indefinite period.
